Where can I find my WF Senate Account Number?

You will find your WF Senate Account Number on your invoice/receipt or if you are having trouble locating your account number contact your local branch.

How long will I have to use my points?

You will have until the 30th April 2014 to spend your points.

Do I have to enter my email address?

Yes, we will need your email address to send you monthly updates on your spend and points earnt, we will only send one to two emails per month and you will not receive junk.

Do I have to be the company owner?

Yes, however if you have written permission from the company owner this is fine.

I am not the company owner, what should I do?

If you are not the company owner but they have agreed you are able to take up the promotion you will need to get written permission from them and send this to csdept@peoplevalue.co.uk.

When will I receive my points?

Points will be awarded monthly (in the month following purchases) as long as all invoices have been paid referring to the time period.

When I try to enter my email address it come up with an error message?

This is because we already have your email address on the database. You are only able to take part in this promotion if you are not currently part of any other WF Senate promotion or rewards programme.

What happens if I forget my username or password?

Don't worry, you can either click on the forgotten password link on the login screen or send an email to csdept@peoplevalue.co.uk and the team will soon get back to you.

How many reward points can I earn?

You will be awarded 500 points for every £100 you spend during the promotion. You can earn up to a maximum of 150,000 points. All we ask is that you pay for the products you have bought. (There is a minimum spend of £500 over the 3 month duration of the Electricore catalogue).

How can I see how many WF Senate Reward points I have?

All this information is recorded on your personal on-line statement which is presented on the “My Statement” page.

My account is showing as having no points, why?

Points will only be awarded if all invoices have been paid for referring to the time period and products that were purchased were bought from the Electricore catalogue, strictly at the Electricore stated prices.

You will also need to have spent a minimum of £500 during the duration of the Electricore catalogue before you begin to earn any points. No points will be awarded on any sales below £500.

How do I claim?

Simply identify the product you wish to buy with your WF Senate Rewards points and add it to your basket and complete your order as you would with any on-line shopping site.

How many claims can I make?

As many as you would like. You do not need to spend all your WF Senate Rewards points in one go, you can spend them as you are awarded them or perhaps save up for something special.

Can I add an additional address to my account?

Yes, you can do this by accessing your account through the 'my account' tab at the top of the website.

How many rewards can I select?

As many as you want, if you don't have enough WF Senate Rewards points you can simply pay the difference with a card.

Can I select a reward not featured?

No we can only supply the products shown on the site. With over 10,000 fantastic products for you to choose from we are sure there is something for everyone available.

What if I try to spend too many points?

If you try to buy an item and your points balance is to low you can simply top up with a debit or credit card, this enables you to choose exactly what you want. When you checkout you will automatically be told what balance you have left to pay on the card.
