Q. How do I earn my points?
A. We appreciate your hard work and loyalty and would like to award you for it. Whether it is the length of time you have been working with The Langham, a positive guest comment or you have gone the extra mile in a particular activity, you will be recognised with a Langham Reward.
Q. What happens if I forget my username or password?
A. Don't worry, just call the Rewards Customer Service Team on 0870 908 0088 or send an email to csdept@peoplevalue.co.uk and the team will soon get you back online.
Q. What if I try to spend too many points?
A. If you try to buy an item and your points balance is to low you can simply top up with a debit or credit card, this enables you to choose exactly what you want. When you checkout you will automatically be told what balance you have left to pay on the card.
Q. How can I see how many Reward points I have?
A. All this information is recorded on your personal on-line statement which is presented on the "Account Summary" page.
Q. How do I claim?
Simply identify the product you wish to buy with your Rewards points and add it to your basket and complete your order as you would with any on-line shopping site.
Q. How many claims can I make?
A. As many as you would like. You do not need to spend all your Rewards points in one go. You can save them until you receive further awards.
Q. How many rewards can I select?
A. As many as you would like, if you don't have enough Rewards points you can simply pay the difference with a card.
Q. Can I select a reward not featured?
A. No we can only supply the products shown on the site. With over 10,000 fantastic products for you to choose, including High Street Vouchers, we are sure there is something for everyone available.
Q. How are the rewards priced?
A. 1 Point is equal to £0.01. Whilst we aim to always present point's prices at RRP or less plus delivery at cost, we are unable to match retail sale prices.
