Mike Morgan
CEO & Founder
Mike founded PeopleValue back in 2002 to help organisations keep employees happy and motivated. Since then the business has evolved solutions in many areas but all with a focus on incentives and business performance. Mike has enjoyed senior positions in a number of organisations, the last being the EMEA Vice President of an international software company serving the banking sector.
Mike enjoys supporting Newcastle United Football Club and sailing.

Andy Caldicott
Key Accounts Director
Andy has specialised and worked in Project, Business and Account Management for over 20 years. He joined the PeopleValue team in 2008 and was appointed as our Key Accounts Director in 2010. Together with his team Andy is responsible for managing and growing our client relationships and delivery of our Reward and Benefits schemes.
Hobbies: Ryobu-Kai Karate, watching Chelsea, music and eating out.

Matt Snare
Sales and Marketing Director
Working at PeopleValue, Matt has successfully sold benefit and non-cash reward solutions to leading organisations throughout the UK for almost ten years. Matt developed his broad experience by selling turnkey security print solutions for a global company to both the private and public sector in the UK and overseas.
Matt enjoys sailing, fine food and wine, clay shooting and travel.

Simon Chambers
Chief Technology Officer
Simon joined PeopleValue in July 2003 after working for the mobile technology division of Nokia and he has worked in the technology industry for the entirety of his working life. Simon is responsible for all the technical work that PeopleValue undertake and is based in the Pewsey office.
Simon enjoys classical Cars and sailing in his free time

Howard Cooper
Commercial Director
Howard qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and Trained at Cameron McKenna in the City of London. He was then recruited and has held senior positions at EQUANT, GE Capital, Vistorm, Appsense and Goldman Sachs. Howard is an expert at advising emergent technology businesses on strategies to protect and exploit their Intellectual Property and commercial assets.
Howard enjoys restoring Classic Cars in his free time.

Peter Ramsdale
Managing Director, PeopleValue Card Solutions
Peter setup Intelligent Card Solutions in 2009 to bring PeopleValue's expertise in benefit and reward solutions to the pre-paid card market. Pete has had a highly successful career with senior sales and account management roles at ICL Retail, Air Miles, Siebel CRM and IBM.
Hobbies: Peter is the current Chairman of Wheatley RFC, and also enjoys restoring and riding classic motorcycles, music and travel.

Claire Newell
Financial Operations Director
Starting out as Financial Controller, Claire has been with the Company for over 10 years, having worked in finance departments for a range of companies for 20 years. Claire heads up the financial and customer service departments.
Claires hobbies include fitness, running and supporting her children in their sports of acrobatic gymnastics, football and cricket.

Andy Campbell
Marketing Manager
Andy joined PeopleValue in April 2013 having worked in marketing and public relations at a number of companies since graduating with a degree in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Liverpool in 2008. Andy is responsible for all internal and external communications and marketing activities that PeoepleValue undertakes.
Hobbies: Supporting Aston Villa, playing football for a local team and eating out.

Richard Cozier
Channel Manager
Richard joined PeopleValue in February 2013 having previously taught maths for 17 years at a secondary school in Oxford. He has also worked as a Senior Educational Consultant for RM Education.
Hobbies: Richard supports both Liverpool FC and London Wasps RFC. He is also a keen skier and loves reading and scuba diving and holds the PADI Advanced and BSAC Ocean Diver qualifications.

Account Manager
Lea joined PeopleValue in July 2013, having previously worked as a Reward Manager for NHSP Professionals and for Whitbread in their Reward Team. Lea has worked in PR, communications and events for 15 years in a wide range of industries. She is now managing a number of successful reward and benefits schemes for our clients.
Lea has a keen interest in photography, music and enjoys camping holidays.
